Repairer Web Setup Instructions

1. Download the following Remote Desktop connection file and save it onto your desktop....

Click Here To Download ConnectMD.RDP

2. RIGHT CLICK The new "ConnectMD" icon on your desktop and choose "Edit". You should get a screen like this...

3. Make sure of 3 things...
    a) "Allow me to save credentials" is TICKED
    b) Computer name is: mdirectrepairer.dynalias.com
    c) User name is: MDDOMAIN1\REPAIRER

Once you've made sure these 3 things are correct click the SAVE button (NOT Save As!)

4. Now click the "Connect" button

You will see a screen like this...

5. In the "Password" field enter: MDIRECTREPAIRERWEB (all caps, no spaces).

6. Make sure "Remember me" is ticked.

7. Click OK

The first couple of times you connect you may see a couple of security warning about your system not being able to verify the identity of the server, juct click YES / CONNECT on these and tick the "Don't Ask Me Again" tick boxed to prevent them coming up each time...

8. You should get to a screen like this....

9. Enter your assigned username and password....(sent under separate email)

10. All being well you'll be on. You need to be quick entering the login details in step 10 otherwise they will be blanked out after about 30 seconds for security reasons.

11. To logon again in the future (if all went well), you should just need to double click on the "ConnectMD" icon on your desktop and it will take you directly to the screen above for you to login with your individual username and password.
